This update on the Fence Staining Project is being sent on Monday September 22. We have been informed by the contractor performing the fence staining, due to previous weather delays and some staffing issues, the majority of the work to be performed for the fence staining will be delayed approximately one week. The current schedule will include completion of repairs to the fence and power washing of the fence throughout the current week. Staining of the fence should begin next week. As the week progresses, or if there are any significant changes in the work schedule, we will continue sending out these update posts to homeowners. Those homeowners who are registered on the HOA Website receive the email updates, so we encourage all homeowners and residents to register for an account on the HOA Website.
A regular Board Meeting is scheduled to be held Wednesday at 4:00pm, at the Fire Station #3. This meeting is a meeting for the Board Members, but homeowners are welcome to attend.
