Payment Options

for the Golden Bear Patio HOA.

Annual Payment Coupon Books for assessments due will be sent to all homeowners in December.  Payments are due on the 1st of the month, but are considered to be paid on time if payment is received in the management company office by the 10th of the month.  Any account that has a balance due as of the 10th of the month will be charged a late fee in accordance with the Collection Policy of the Association.  Foster Management offers many convenient ways for homeowners to make payment of their HOA Assessments, as listed below:

ACH AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PROGRAM:

How does it work?  You authorize Foster Management to direct debit your designated bank account to pay your Association Assessments until you choose, in writing, to end the direct debit arrangement.

 What do I need to do?  Fill out the ACH Authorization Agreement for Direct Debit to allow Foster Management to debit the bank account you designate for the payment of your HOA Assessments.

  • Complete the ACH Authorization Agreement
  • Attach voided check to form
  • MAIL FORM / VOIDED CHECK TO:
    • Your HOA’s Official Name

PLEASE NOTE: Once the application has been received/processed, you will receive a notification of enrollment.  The deduction will occur on or shortly after the 5th of the month, each month a payment is due.

ONLINE PAYMENT VIA E-CHECK (one time & recurring options)

How does it work?  You can set up a one time or recurring payment using Union Bank Homeowner Online Payment Portal – FREE OF CHARGE.

What do I need to do?  Visit UNION BANK’s ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL

  • Select the “Sign-In or Register” option to establish a One Time eCheck Payment or Recurring Payments (no fee charge)
  • Note:  You will need to create a login ID to set up a recurring online payment.  This is NOT the same information as a Foster Management Login
  • Type in your Association’s Name to select and follow the instructions on the screen.
  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the check to Process.

PLEASE NOTE:  “Pay As Guest” for credit card payments is an option, but there is a $14.95 convenience fee per transaction and a $5,000 maximum per transaction, if you pay via a credit card with this service

ONLINE PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD

How does it work?  You can set up a one time or recurring payment using the PayLease Online Payment Portal.

What do I need to do?  Visit the PAYLEASE ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL

  • You will need to create a New User Registration, or login for returning users.  This is NOT the same information as a Foster Management Login
  • Select your Association’s Name and follow the instructions on the screen.
  • If you experience technical difficulties, please contact PayLease at 866-729-5327.
  • A small convenience fee is added to the charge to cover the cost of the processing.
  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the Payment to Process.

PLEASE NOTE:  Payments via E-Check is an option, but there is a convenience fee charged per transaction, if you pay via E-Check with this service.  To make an E-Check payment FREE OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE – See ONLINE PAYMENT VIA E-CHECK option above

MAIL CHECK VIA US MAIL:

How does it work?  You write a check, enclose the payment stub from your coupon book or assessment statement, and mail it in when your assessment are due. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the check to reach the Processing Center.

What do I need to do?  Write a check payable to your HOA NAME, and mail it along with your payment coupon to

  • Payee: Your HOA’s Official Name

Important:  Write your homeowner account number – as it appears on your  coupon/statement (without decimal) – on the check.   Payments via US Mail are sent to a Payment Processing Center, and are processed automatically.  Payments received are deposited daily, and posted to homeowner accounts the following day.

YOUR BANK’S ONLINE BILL-PAY SYSTEM

How does it work?  Set up your association as a payee with your bank’s online banking bill-pay.  Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the check to reach the Processing Center.

What do I need to do?  Please complete your bill-pay setup exactly as follows:

ALWAYS Include Your Homeowner Account Number on Payment

We encourage all homeowners to pay their assessments timely.  Late fees can accumulate quickly. The Board is willing to work with homeowners who request payment plans, but your continued efforts are necessary to avoid further legal action by the Association to collect the amounts due.
